The Firm

My approach to the profession as a lawyer is focused on delivering high-quality services. To me, rigor, responsiveness and dynamism are essential.

I also pay very specific attention to building a relationship of trust with my clients.

The initiation of legal proceedings can often be intimidating because of their complexity or duration.

My role is therefore to support and represent you with complete transparency. Together, we define the most appropriate strategy, I advise you on which legal action is relevant, and I keep you informed at every stage of the court proceeding

You can be assured that I will act with the utmost determination and the seriousness required, always striving to achieve the outcome that is most favorable to you.

 Fees

Initial appointment

From the very first appointment, the issue of fees is addressed clearly in order to foster a relationship of trust.

The purpose of this first meeting is to carry out a brief legal analysis of your situation and determine the options available to you.

This appointment lasts thirty minutes and costs €90 including VAT.

If this first appointment leads to legal proceedings being initiated, it will not be billed separately, but will be included in the global fee agreed for the case.

Determination of the fees

Fees are determined in particular according to the area of law concerned, the complexity of the case and the work to be carried out.

A fee agreement, which constitutes a contract between you and the firm, is systematically drawn up for each case (except in emergencies or cases of force majeure).

The fee agreement guarantees full transparency and clearly defines each party’s rights and obligations.

Fees may be set in two ways: either as a flat fee or on the basis of time spent.

The choice between these two methods depends mainly on the nature of the case and on whether the time required to handle it can be determined in advance.

Finally, an additional success fee may be agreed if the proceedings enable the client to obtain a financial gain or savings

This additional fee is added to the base fee, whether fixed as a flat fee or on a time-spent basis.

The success fee may under no circumstances constitute the lawyer’s sole remuneration.

Available assistance

Legal aid

Legal aid is financial assistance granted by the French State to individuals wishing to assert their rights in court and who meet certain eligibility criteria.
Legal aid may be granted in full or in part.
Legal aid cannot be combined with coverage under legal expenses insurance.

Legal expenses insurance

If you have taken out legal expenses insurance with your insurer, it may cover the legal fees incurred in connection with legal proceedings.
We invite you to contact your insurer directly in this regard.
